AIMS

Raising awareness and understanding of children’s rights among interested parties in target regions, while in the meantime  building a model for their popularization and creating precondition for active inclusion of children in this model.

THE PROJECT

Raising awareness and understanding of children’s rights among interested parties in target regions, while in the meantime  building a model for their popularization and creating precondition for active inclusion of children in this model.

ACTIVITIES

In the context of this project, the following activities are being carried:

– Comparative research of the national legal framework for protection of children’s rights;

– Preparation of methodical materials for teaching children rights;

– Testing of these methodical materials in class;

– Printing and circulation of methodical materials – materials for teacher, materials for students, CD with teaching materials, texts collection,;

– National competitions for drawings on the topic of reflecting on children rights;

– National campaigns for promotion of children’s rights;

– Project preparation of “European Charter on children rights”;

– Conducting of european children’s forum /European children’s parliament/ in Veliko Turnovo in spring 2011;

– Creating Internet websites focused on the children rights in the three countries.
